Business That Is Built On Relationships

Business is ALL about relationships. More so now than ever and we are seeing a lot of major shifts in the way people all over the world are doing business.

Gone are the days when if you had a product or service, customers would simply buy from you, or use your service, just because they needed it and you were there. Consumers demand more. They want to know they can trust you. They want to explore all their options and get the best product or service for their budget and needs.

They want you to solve a problem.

The best way I know to begin building relationships and filling your business with loyal clients is to care. When you actually care about people and solving a problem for them, it is sent out in the energy of your message.

Prospective clients will see your marketing, they will notice what you can do for them, they will be interested in reading and learning more and chances are they will come and try you out. Remember, you have addressed a problem they have and you are solving that problem.

The next step is to start the relationship with them. Give them the absolute best attention and service experience you can. Care about who they are and what they need. Treat them with respect and kindness and mostly- listen to what they say.

Many clients will not experience even some of the above at other places of business. This will make YOU stand out and they will be back.

You see if doesn’t matter what you sell. Your products and services are sold by many. In some cases price will not be an issue either. Why the client will come to YOU will depend on the relationship you have with them. They don’t want to buy anything. They want a problem solved and if you can deliver that message in a way that gets their attention, they will want to come and experience it.

Having the right message is therefore an important part of your business. To build relationships with prospective clients you firstly need to get them INTO your business. They need to know they can trust you and that if they come to you they will have a need met and a problem solved.

This video will explain how important it is to have a congruent message across all of your ‘shop fronts’ :

My best advice to you? Get clear on what problem you can solve for your clients. Create a message that they will relate and respond to. Make sure you have congruency throughout all of the places your message is displayed.

Care about who they are and give them the best experience. Show them they can trust you and you have their best interest at heart.
