Im a license tech, ce provider I need some help onthe business part. Im good but I need clients what shpuld I do?
Hi Angela,
I can relate totally to your question. When we start as nail techs we just want to do nails right? In our own salon we also have to know the business side of things otherwise the business will not last. The biggest element of a business is clients. How to get clients? Here are a few ideas to get started:
1. Make the decision of getting serious about attracting clients to your salon
2. Expect them to come
3. Get yourself out there in the marketplace by putting up signage, distributing fliers, talking to people wherever you go
4. Make referral offers to people who are in prominant positions where others see their nails daily eg bank tellers, receptionists etc. Offer them big discounts on their nails if they tell others where you are
5. Make sure YOUR nails are always noticeable so that people will ask you about them and give you the opportunity to give them your number/business card
6. Put on a big special to get clients in and make sure you get them back for a second and third appointment- so you can do something like – with every new set of nails, receive your first refill at 50% off and the second refill at 20%off (or give free nail art or something similar)
I hope that will help somewhat. If you would like more specific help and a step by step way to getting your salon up and running, I would highly recommend the offer I have on at the moment here at http://nailsalonsuccesscoach.c.....em-digital
Good luck Angela and keep me posted!
Kind regards Trish
